Faced Strip Stone replicates sandstone strip veneer commonly found along the Colorado front range. Each stone has been hand-faced to provide a chiseled look that highlights the expertise of a professional stone mason. Faced Strip Stone adds an enduring quality to any application whether used to achieve the charm and permanence common of early 20th century architecture or to accentuate the refined look of contemporary design.
Individual stone sizes range from 1½” to 9½” in height in 2” increments and 3½” to 27-½” in length in 4” increments to create a clean, professional look with uniformity of mortar joints and an overall carefully-crafted appearance. The casting of stone in exacting sizes provides the additional benefits of minimal stone cutting during installation and no necessity to preplan for stone patterning as the appropriate stone sizes have been predetermined.
To better accommodate your needs for a specific project, Faced Strip Stone may be order in several ways. The first is to choose to use the full compliment of sizes available in the standard ratios. The second is to order only in sizes of 15-1/2" in length or shorter. The third is to order only in lengths of 19½” to 27½”. Finally, to add greater flexibility one may choose to order both the 15½” and shorter stone and the 19½” to 27½” stone in the exact proportions desired.
